Birthday cake help
My son’s birthday will be coming up next month. Does anyone know ofa good gfcfsfcf frosting recipe, and food coloring? Last year forhis 4th birthday, I used shortening & confectioner’s sugar asfrosting and it didn’t go over too well. He keeps asking for a cakelike he had on his 3rd birthday (before he was diagnosed & on thediet), and I’m desperate to make something similar.

My youngest is going to have his 1st birthday next week. I would loveto make a cake all my kids could eat but that will be tricky. Two ofmy kids have celiac, one is allergic to sorghum and my baby cannottolerate rice. None of my kids will eat anything using bean flour oramaranth. I think that just leaves potato, tapioca, quinoa and nutflours. Does anyone have a recipe?
