Wheat germ

I don’t know if this is an obvious question, but does germcontain gluten? I’m not sure how this part of the plant is processedand wondering if anyone has any info.

    It might be, or yeast coming back.5mg zinc is not much. Try increasing that to at least 15mg, which isUSRDA.
