Wheat germ

I don’t know if this is an obvious question, but does germcontain gluten? I’m not sure how this part of the plant is processedand wondering if anyone has any info.

    Yep. If you’re doing gluten-free, you want to avoid anything that has wheat onthe label.

    It might be, or yeast coming back.5mg zinc is not much. Try increasing that to at least 15mg, which isUSRDA.
