New commitment to the diet!
Well after being NOT gfcf for 7 months I realize that we need to goback. Sean’s diet is becoming more and more limited and now all hewants to eat are waffles and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches - thatis it!!! AND, to make matters worse, his IgG test showed he isseverely allergic to peanuts - ugh - 972!!So, I need a couple basic suggestions to get us started:1) a sandwich bread - that was our biggest issue - either pre-made ormix for the bread maker2) good gfcf and pf cereals.I am gathering and taste testing for full conversion January 1st (myplan anyway)!

Hi, the cereals we use are (Enviro Kids) Koala Crisps, rice crisps and GorillaMunch. and (Natures Path) Corn Flakes or Honey Corn Flakes. They all say maycontain traces of nuts or soy though. Hope this helps.

For a ready made bread, I vote for Glutino Fiber Bread. Our Whole Foodscarries it in the freezer case. Microwave for 10 seconds for a nice softtexture, or toast it. For cereals, I say Corn Crunchems and Rice Crunchems byHealth Valley. They make wonderful trail mixes, too! And if you’re not franticoverpossible cross contamination, most of the GF Envirokidz cereals should befine except for Panda Puffs (peanut butter). Not all Envirokidz cereals are GF,so check the box carefully–it will say “gluten free” on the front of the box.We also like Erewhon Rice cereals such as Rice Twice.
