Food allergy
My 4 yr old boy started GFCF a month ago. We have not seenany improvements at all, but he already cought cold twice insuch a short time. Sometimes I rearly wonder if I should keepdoing this.

Did you also take soy out of his diet at the same time? Some of our kids breakdown soy the same way as they do gluten and/or casein (incompletely intopeptides like morphine instead of all the way to amino acids that don’t affectthe body/brain), so need it removed also. Others are ok with soy.
I have read on other posts (can’t remember if it was in reply to yours or not)that kids go back to their “old” behaviors when sick, so some of the no-changemight be from the colds he’s had.

You will know about soy if you do the delayed food allergy test fromSage labs. For my son, it caused horrible diarhia.
