Safest sun screen and bug spray
We are heading some place tropical for Christmas. (This trip wasplanned pre-diet, I never would have been so brave but it is payed forso we are working it out!)
I realize that each child is different in what they react to but I’mgoing to just have to take an educated guess on what the safest sunscreen and bug spray will be because we will have to use both of these.
If you can think back to summer and make recommendations for safeproducts I would be very appreciative.

WE ARE GETTING READY FOR VACATION AND I HAD POSTED ABOUT THESEPRODUCTS.
HERES THE FEED BACK I GOT ON SUNSCREEN:
I see that Banana Boat makes GFCF sunscreen as well as Mary Kay.California Baby products are gfcf as far as I know
WOULD ANY OF THE MARY KAY AND BANNANA BOAT SUNSCREENS BE SAFE OR ISTHERE A PARTICULAR ONE. I HAVEN’T FOUND THE CALIFORNIA BABY ONE YET.
BUG SPRAY SEEMS TO BE MORE DIFFICULT, HERE IS THE ONLY RESPONSE I GOT.
As far as bug spray, they are all loaded with chemicals. Severalpeople have recommended using B1 to keep the bugs away.
MY CHILD SEEMS TO HAVE A TERRIBLE TIME WITH B VITAMINS SO THIS DOESN’TSEEM TO BE AN OPTION. NO BUG SPRAY IS NOT AN OPTION EITHER…WHEN WEDID THIS TRIP A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK BOTH MY SON AND I HAD TO GO TOTHE DOCTOR AFTER A LITTLE HIKE BECAUSE WE WERE COVERED WITH BUGBITES. SO….UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE IS NO GREAT OPTION FOR BUGSPRAY….DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF ONE THAT IS LESS BAD?
THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSES!
