Any recommendations for chewable multivitamin?
I’m fairly new to the list and have had my almost 3-year-old daughter on thediet for just under 2 months. We’ve seen improvement in that time but shestill has bad days. This morning, to my shock, I realized I had neverchecked the ingredients list for her multivitamin and it turns out they hadgluten. I feel so dumb for not thinking of it before! Can anyone recommend agood chewable multivitamin that is GFCF and ideally soy-free too? I’veseen some good liquid ones but getting her to take liquid supplements islike pulling teeth, and capsules are out of the question.

We (and both our sons, one ASD & one not) love the “Sea Buddies”multivitamin brand. Usually available at whole foods & lots ofplaces online.

Thanks I am still trying to decide what kind of vest to get…some lookok and others look like they would just draw attention… Joseph does that allon his own… no help needed. He has alway loved to be held very tight… But Idid not know why… sensory intergration is one of his main issues… We have atrampoline and a swing that he loves very much… but it does not seem to beenough… with him being 2 and 28.5 pounds finding a wet suit is challenging. He’s tall and thin… Has the sweetest smile I have ever seen!
