I need a multi vitamin and for my toddler. WHat doyou guys give your GFCF kids? The GFCF diet webpage has some - KirkmanCalcium liquid and Freeda chewables. I might order them, but I’d loveto find some locally if I can. Also - does Kirkman’s Calcium Liquidhave dosage info for 2 year olds? It doesn’t appear to be a kids onlyformula.

    We use Spectrum Complete multi vitamin made by Kirkman’s. TheHypoallergenic is the kind we use that has a red label. 1/2 tsptwice a day. It’s a tasteless powder.We use Allergy Research Group brand calcium citrate. We give up to1000mg a day.
