My son Camron has been diagnosed as autistic since he was two yearold and had stopped talking at that time. Camron is now 6 years oldand he is an affectionate, smart, playful boy. However, hecontinued to have problems communicating, and overall interactingwith others. The school has been working with him and we had madesome progress. Camron had difficulty sitting for long periods oftime as well. He had also had stomach problems where he would noteat or become constipated often. It is common in some autisticchildren to get a condition called leaky gut and although we neverhad him diagnosed for this, Camron was displaying some symptoms byhaving various stomach issues. We were introduced to NCD through afriend and business associate, Don Groth. I immediately thought ofCamron because we knew that autism could be caused by metals ortoxins in the body and since we believed this to be the case withCamron we decided to try it not just for ourselves but for Camron.Since taking the NCD,( we started Camron on 6 drops 3 times a day),we have been told that Camron can sit for 45 minutes to do classwork, is talking more and interacting more with others. He willrepeat words back which is building up his vocabulary. I can hardlykeep up with the things he says now because he is observing andimitating the things he sees others do. As soon as he started takingthe NCD, his eating habits automatically improved. Camron has beenknown to be a pretty good eater so when he would not eat much or notat all on a particular day, we knew that something was wrong Beforehe would not really eat as much and even skip lunch at schoolsometimes. With the NCD he has a healthy appetite again and no morestomach pains or problems. We are so grateful to have beenintroduced to NCD. Not only did Camron not have any bad reaction toit, it is odorless and tasteless so we would put it in any drink orfood without Camron knowing. This worked out perfectly becauseCamron is very sensitive to certain food texture and will not eat ordrink anything that tastes “funny” to him. We really enjoy theproduct and will continue to use it for the overall health of Camronand our family.

I searched NCD on Dr. Neubrander’s website and on the message boardthere. If NCD was something helpful it certainly would be on hissite and it’s not. The message board on there (autismweb.com) peopleincluding DAN! doctors post all the time and nothing comes up intheir search for NCD. However they do talk a lot about NDF+ which istotally different than NCD.
I think that reading the post on this board that anyone can gatherthat Leaky Gut is common in ASD kids. We’re just about all goingthrough the gut issues.
