Quick Chili
1 lb ground beef
1/3 c milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T chili powder
1 8 oz can GF tomato sauce
1 16 oz can kidney beans
Put beef and onion into a large pan and cook. Then drain excess oil, add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans and simmer for about an hour.

I have never heard of putting milk in chili. I will try this but use rice milk instead. Thanks.
