B-12 shots - hyper?
My 3 year old son had his first B-12 shot yesterday. Could this bemaking him more hyper than usual? And is it possible this could subside? We are not on any supps yet. I should be getting them in the mail nextweek. He did not nap yesterday and was up from 2-4 this morning(unusualfor him)Today his teacher at school said he was all over the place andshe had a hard time redirecting him.Any advice would be muchappreciated.

Yep, B12 shots commonly cause hyper. Try giving folic or folinicacid, that helps most of the time. Also, consider reducing the doseof the shot.
B12 also feeds yeast, so increase your yeast protocol.

My daughter has not had any B-12 shots, but ever since she has been gluten-free (2 weeks), she has become SO hyper. She goes to sleep late, and is up early in the morning. She runs around, sings, talks, and can’t sit still. At first, I really liked the fact that her energy had come back (she became really irritable and lethargic before she was diagnosed). But now, I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. She was never this hyper. She is on a multivitamin (Yummi Bears-GF) and maybe she is just getting too many B vitamins?? One of her symptoms was tingly feet, and I read that she may be deficient in Bs. So what is going on!!
