I’ve heard so much about regular margarine being so much like plasticand that it contains so many chemicals. Does anyone know of a goodmargarine that is actually healthy but also dairy and soy free?

We used Olive-Gold, a margarine made from virgin olive oil to bake cake for our son.
However, we can’t be certain if it’s gfcfsf as it did not say so on its label; just that we noticed from the ingredients list it does not mention it has anything made of dairy/soy/gluten.
It has lecithin (not soy lecithin) in it & the only other ingredient that I have doubt is the emulsifier it uses but that is a tiny amount.

We love the “margarine” we use for our son, we even use it. Itis from “Earth Balance” Natural Buttery Spread. It comes in a tubin I think 3 different kinds. It is 100% Vegan, Non GMO, gluten andlactose free. You should chck it out! Good luck!

We have that margarine, too. Unfortunately, our kids cannot do soyand Earth Balance contains soy. I thought I heard about Mothers orMigdal margarine on this board in the past. I’m not sure if it issoy free though and free of chemicals, of course.
