Sandwich bread
I just got the ENRG Tapioca Hamburger Buns - I think they are great,it is the first bread my boys eat and we have been GFCF for almost ayear - I slice up the thick buns into thin slices and either put onpeanut butter or toast and margarine. Pretty good and so far hasbeen a week in the refrigerator and holding up nicely. You can getthem for Enrg foods directly or from Miss Robens.

This weekend I tried ANDI’s wunderbread and Ms. Robins sandwich breadand Zeb wouldn’t eat either. He loves light bread, especially for PBand J, any suggestions on a bread that is like typical light bread? Also, suggestions for breakfast? He loves donuts, cinnamon rolls, honey buns, cinnamon toast. He likes the Environz kids cereal andGFCF muffins from Ms. Robins. I need things that are easy to take toschool, our school starts at 7:30 and he want eat before.

I’ve found Kinnikinnick to be the best for this kind of stuff(www.kinnikinnick.com). We use their white sandwich bread for pb&jsandwiches and I buy pizza crust, muffins, donuts, cinnamon rolls andcookies from them, plus they have lots of other stuff. Their website is kindof outdated right now, but they recently changed all their products to beGFCF (except the cheese bread, which obviously has cheese!). You might try afew things if you can find them (Whole Foods here has some) or order asample package from the company. I usually order directly from them becauseit’s cheaper, but I have a freezer so I can place a large order at once andmake the shipping cost-effective.

The best bread recipes I’ve found (in the 10+ years we’ve been doing GF/CF) arein “The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread” by Bette Hagman. You may need tomodify some of the recipes though as they may contain dairy.
