Sweating does help remove toxins, although I primarily use this bath toreplace the sulfate per Romemary Warings research .. Autistics waste sulfate.. Epsom salt baths replace sulfate.

1 cup of epsom salt per 60 pounds of body weight isthe guideline I always heard. That’s what we use.

I’ve also heard that some kids are more sensative thanothers in terms of how much they need or howefficiently they absorb it or whatever. So you haveto test out a little and adjust dosages according towhat works for your child. Some people do this everyday, some say their child does best when they get theepsom baths every couple of weeks only. You have totry it and find out.
