Need supplement advice
My son is 4 years and 4 months old. He is almost completely non-verbal. Generally he is happy and loving, however he does stim quieta bit physically and verbally. So much, that I don’t even notice itanymore. Anyway, I have my son on a daily dose of 1 tsp of fish oil.I also gave him olive leaf extract in the first months of autismdiagnosis, almost 1 year ago. My main problem is we can’t afford manydifferent types of supplements. Can anyone suggest somemore “important” supplements I can add to his diet to help with speechissues? There are times that I’ve forgotten to give my son fish oil,and I honestly don’t see a difference in him. Am I wasting mytime/money giving it to him? Since putting him on the GFCFSF diet,his bowel issues have been completely solved (aside from the few timeshe got something he shouldn’t have).
