My frozen orange juice lists calcium lactate as an ingredient. I cannot findthis on the GFCF site. Can anyone tell me if it is good or bad?

Please refresh my memory….Is Calcium Lactate safe?? I want to trygiving my son more calcium by giving it to him in fruit juice. Boththe Apple Juice and Orange Juice I want to use use Calcium Lactate. Iwant to make sure it is safe before switching though.

I am not sure if it’s safe or just not preferred by our DAN! but hetells us to steer clear from it and only give Calcium Citrate. Howeverseveral DAN!’s may have a different opinion on this.
