Fast food restaurants and casein free diet
Has anyone’s child on CF diet had adverse reaction to Chick-fil-e’sgrilled chicken breast without the bun or Mc Donalds premium grilledchicken strips? I have called both comapanies and they both claim tonot have any Milk/Milk by products in them. My son is doing so wellon the diet(2-yrs now). He’s now 5-yrs-old and I occasionally like totake him out for fast food. Any suggestions??

I just came across this dilemma with my son and I requested thenutritional information packet at the actual Chick Fil-A restaurant.Someone on this site actually told me that the chicken breast ismarinated in some sort of milk based mixture. Even though it is notclear in the ingredients, I took the advise and my son was better. Iknow it stinks because it was one of the few things I could get him atthe mall besides fries (and one of the few sources of protein) Myadvise is just to stay away from it. Goos luck! I think you’ll see achange without it!
