Gf/cf diet
My son who is 27mths, has been diagnoised with mild-moderateautism and we started E/I and ABA Therapy. Also willing to tryanything that could help we put him on the GF/CF diet. I have seenminute changes, such as better alertness, eye contact, and response toothers.. which is big and encouraging. My question arehow long do these kids need to be on the diet? What are some good vitamin supplements to give them?As far as Juice ( he likes his apple juice) do i need to look for adifferent applejuice?any feedback and suggestions would be much appreciated.

y son left gfcf with HNI enzymes, but there were still foods he couldnot eat, even with enzymes.
ALA chelation removed all his food problems.

When first introducting enzymes, are you only supposed to use them foraccidental infractions in the diet? I still haven’t chosen one topurchase and we’ve be fully on the diet for a week.

You can use enzymes for accidental infractions only, with each meal tocatch cross contamination and infractions, or with meals to tryintroducing foods not tolerated.
I used HNI enzymes to leave gfcf, altho my son still needed OTHER foodrestrictions
