My daughter doesn’t usually react behaviorally unless she has glutenfor several days in a row (which we try very hard not to do); but shehas developed a little “tic,” in which she tosses her head like she’stossing her hair, over and over… I’ve noted that when she has gluten(even with enzymes) this tic starts within five minutes of eating thestuff.

Our son Connor has only had one major gluten infraction that I knowof (McD’s got his special order mixed up with another Happy Meal) he ate half ofthe burger before I looked back and saw him!!! He was back in his ‘fog’ sat infront of the tv for 2 days and this was followed by 2 more days of
