I’m not from that area (I wish I were!) but I know from visitingthat it’s one of the healthy/granola kind of places in Canada. I’dsuggest you google “heath food store” and the town names and see ifyou get any hits. Then you can maybe even email those places inadvance to see what they carry.

You’ll have TONS of great places to shop. I live in Toronto and mysister lives in Langley (BC). She ships alot of things out to me totry from the many great places out there. There are health foodplaces all over the place. One great place we went to when Ivisited is called “Capers”.It’s a very health concious society out there. Many of the “unconventional” treatments are the norm out there.
