Cheese for pizza?

We are new to the diet and have tried in vein to find a hard gf/cfcheese to top pizza. Do any exist? Is the packeted “chreese” any goodfor pizza?

    I use Toffuti mozza slices. Not quite the real item but after a year with nocheese, Connor thinks it’s wonderful!
