So, what’sfor dinner tonight?

I’m stumped. Doesn’t help that I don’t want to make anything, but itgets harder when you have restrictions. What are you making?

    I made a United Nations meal tonight. I made “burrito” triangles(pintos on rice tortillas cut into thirds), sauteed yellow squash withGreek oregano, steamed carrots and French green beans. It was verycolorful.

    ‘m still at work and have to take my daughter shopping tonight so Ihave… oh, about 1/2 an hour to feed everybody and get going. I’mcheating with easy food - hot dogs (using GF pancakes for buns),Bushes baked beans and Lay’s potato chips. Not exactly healthy but ona day like today - that’s all folks! I’ll have to double up on theveggies another meal.

    My local health food store sells a rice flour crust frozen pizza. Ialways keep one in the freezer as a back up. TOnight both my kids aresick and my husbands working late. Out comes the frozen pizze….ohand some steamed grean beens too.
