What brands of cake frostings that can be purchased at a regular storeare GFCF? What flavors???

    Most Pillsbury frostings are ok–even the milk chocolate does not havemilk in it. The only problem with the vanilla is that I think it hasred dye in it and my son REALLY reacts to that. I use the chocolateswithout a problem.

    I use easy from scratch recipe:

    say 2 cups Powdered sugar1/4 cup say Earth Balance or Fleischman’s unsalted margarine (room temp)tsp vanilladash salttbsp or 2 of rice milk

    add more sugar or margarine as needed to get the right consistency
