Mayonnaise

Ok, I promise this is the last question (at least this morning)!!

Anyone make homemade mayonnaise? The recipes I see call for eggs. Isn’tthere a possibility of salmonilla or something nasty from raw eggs? Arethere special eggs you can use to eliminate this possibility? Does anyoneknow this one?

Do they make a brand of mayonnaise without vinegar?

There cannot be a stressful crisis next week. My schedule is already full.

Hi, not sure on the mayo, I use Miracle whip but from some of the resent posts Ithink it may be one of those booboos that I missed along the way. Both peanutsand cinnamon are high phenol if you have issues with those but are both gf andcf. Be careful of the additives in peanut butter though. Watch ingredientslists carefully for everything and if you are not sure, post here or call themanufacturer.
