Need gfcf pie crust recipe

I want to make my son a pumpking pie for Thanksgiving but I need anEASY GFGCF pie crust recipe. Is there maybe a cookie type crust I coulduse? (something easier than rolling out dough)

    I make a pumpkin pie by greasing the pie pan, and only using the pumpkin pie filling, it turns out well and is crispy around the edges. cheesecake can be made this way also. I hope this helps. it can also be made in custard cups for smaller servings.
