It has been well documented, though not widely reported, that wheatis a significant contributor to depression. I watched a dvd producedby nutrition and fitness expert Gary Null earlier this year thatreported this exact finding to me and it was what prompted me totake it out of my diet. At the time I was suffering panic attacksand some deep depression. I was eating tons of wheat (gluten) at thetime. I went cold turkey off of it and casien and quickly realizedthe connection. I also realized I’m a little ADD. That being said, progresive allergists know that wheat is a large contributor todepression. I myself am extremely affected by it. I tested myslef inOctober. I loaded up on it on a Saturday and was weepy by Sundaynight.
