Alternate grains and recipes help

Want to try and remove rice (constipation) and potatoes(bloating,repetiveness) and not really sure no grains is where i want to go. Waswondering what is the healthiest grain and if anyone had any recipes using them,and know of any (portable for school and stuff) with these grains.

    Does brown rice make a difference? You may want to try that. Also Iuse quinoa, garbanzo beans and pinto beans a lot. I’m about 90%organic make homemade, hummus and refried beans. I also just feed myson garbanzo beans as a finger food. he loves them. I use GF Pantrytaco seasoning, saute a little chicken, smear beans on an allergy freeburrito wrap like Food For Life (it IS made of brown rice, however)and make little quesadill triangles for his lunch.

    Quinoa is like eating couscous, but high in protien and great fordoing stir fries.
