Well, the first week on the GFCF diet I was thrilled. Because after 10years of constipation, the child had regular bowel movments all week!!! Butnow, we are back to more serious constipation. Could it be that I’m usingrice milk rather than soy? I heard soy is so close to cows milk, so I’veused the soy. almond is not available here. I’ve removed bananas andapples and he eats pears and drinks pear nectar. . and prunes prunes,prunes! Still it’s a struggle!

My question is…What is the benefit epsom salt Baths????

I’m going to order the mercury hair test from Great Plains Lab. I seehair metal test, but I think Dana mention something else that was ininitials. I just want to make sure I get the right one.

I started giving my daughter Gaba-750 3x/day since Tuesday forattention/hyperactivity. We are having positive results with thissupplement. I just wanted to see if anyone has used it and can you givemore than 3x/day. She is 74 lbs.

I recently had fasting blood tests for our son with our family doc (going onto a DAN doc next month). The “alkaline phosphatase came out really high(461 with a reference of 50-136). Doc said that was ok. . .

What do you think that high score means?

I found little single serving packets of these at the grocery store.

I thought they’d be good as an added burst of VitC now that the coldseason is upon us.
