Does anyone know of a citrus free beverage besides water and the dairyfree milk products? Since I took my son off dairy he has been beendrinking lemonade and orange juice. Now the Dr. says citrus has to go.

I’m sorry I thought I knew almost all about the GFCF diet, my daughter has beenin the diet for at least 3 months, and today is the first time I see spinach asnon gfcf, is this true??? I love to sneak spinach in her meals because is verynutritious.Help!Oh and since I’m already writting, is Infants tylenol Cold, gfcf?? or any coldmedicine?

Many of you are aware we lost our 2 week old in June.The attending ped at the hospital was highly p.o. ed that i opted out of theHepB and refused to see our son.anyway, long story short. He had an immediate vitamin k upon birth .The autopsy and further testing concluded he had viral meningoencephalitis(sp.) Resulting in severe respiratory distress that resulted in death. I found a website with a link to ingredients in all vaccines. i cannotrecall where it was but, i am searching for this information.

I have been doing some research into the prescription medications that Grahamhas taken…I was on the Richwood website, and I see that Adderall has lactoselisted as an inert ingredient. We just took Graham off Adderall about threeweeks ago, as it depressed his appetite and I was seeing no gains from it. So,just an FYI for anyone who has a child taking Adderall. It seems like someonewas asking about it after the Ritalin/lactose thread. I also checked out Zoloftas Graham is still taking that, and I couldn’t see anything that was obviouslynot GFCF, but I am going to write to them anyway.Have a great week everyone!

Any body knows a good brand of Hash brown that is gfcf egg free and soyfree ?

I am the mother of a 3 1/2 year old boy. Liam has not been formallydiagnosed yet. We are just finding out about the gfcf diet and I needsome help with the other names that caesin can be listed under on foodlabels!!Also, is lactose the same as caesin, or can lactose free foods stillcontain caesin.

I have a quick question. What is the most effective product out there tokill off yeast? My son has white circles on his tongue and his hair has ahorrible smell no matter how much I wash it, I have finally convinced hubbythathe has a yeast issue, I have read about GSE but on kirkmans it does not sayabout killing the yeast just adding bacteria to the intestine, is this thesame? This is a new area for me, we have been GFCF for 2 years with markedimprovement. Also another parent told me her son did great {he was declassifiedthis summer} when she introduced B12, my son responded well to carn-aware, soonce again what B12 supplement does anyone use and where to get it?Thank You for any help, I have to act fast while hubby is in agreement{LOL}, otherwise it is my mother and him vs. me.

Is there any specific brands that are better then one for Taurine?

My PDD son is off all gluten, casein, soy and corn. We had been usingCalifornia babysoaps but I’ve just been told by the company they contain corn. We were usingBurt’s Beeslotion and toothpaste and have just been informed by the company they are notfree of theabove ingredients! Help!Please, does anyone know of gluten, casein, soy and corn free toothpaste, babysoaps andmoisturizing lotions?
